Instead of doing one of the workout combos that I have collected I have decided to do all five (5) of the 8 Minute Method this morning.
Monday
- forward lean over lunge x15/side
- push ups x10
- chair squats x10/side
- push up x10
- side lunge x15/side
- sumo squats (slow) x 15
- push up x10
- one foot balance eye closed 30 seconds
Tuesday
- bridges with leg up x 10/side
- side lifts x10/side
- walking push up x12
- prisoner get ups x6 alternating sides
- Is Ys Ts x4 rounds of 10 pumps
- triceps push ups x12
- plank 60 second
Wednesday
- split squat- 60 seconds
- push ups- 30 sec
- fire hydrants- 60 sec
- bicycle sit-ups 30 sec
- good mornings (standing roll ups) 60 sec
- push ups 30 sec
Thursday
- praying mantis planks x10
- sumo squat tip toe x16
- sumo push ups x10 alternate sides
- lunge twist x16 alternate sides
- repeat 1,2,3
- supermans x16
- bicycle sit-ups x16
- Ab-leg lifts x12
- one foot balance eye closed 30 seconds
Friday
- walking push ups 60sec
- squat pulse 60 sec
- Is Ys Ts 60 sec
- split squat 30 sec/side
- chair squats 30 sec/side
- side lunge 30 sec/side
- plank 60 sec
